"First off we just wanted to say what a pleasure it was working with both Craig and Nancy. Having the
two of them working in tandem was more of a blessing than I think either of them realized.
Nancy was a godsend in that while we were concerned with not only selling our home in Felton, that we also
needed assistance on the other end in purchasing a new home. Nancy took the initiative and interviewed
several real estate agents in our new area, and gave us references to choose from so we had more than one
option.
Craig took a good deal of his time helping give us peace of mind on the value of our house, and also helped
us realize that when things got a bit rocky, that all was really going as planned.
Having the two of them working together got us through the endless rounds of open houses, mountains of
paperwork, and were both quite good at answering our multitude of questions. They were with us from the
beginning thoughts of possibly selling, all the way through being with us when we signed off at the
close. Well, even beyond that, actually. They both came to our going away barbecue. Nancy
makes a wonderful pasta salad!
